Arrange the Result Page and Set Score Tiers

The result page is what each quiz taker sees at the end. Section controls and score tiers let you shape it without rebuilding.

Open the editor

At the bottom of the builder, find the Result Template card and click Edit Template.

Sections

Available blocks: Header (logo, title, business name), Overall Score, Category Score, Individual Category, Call to Action and Footer.

A Section Visibility panel on the left lists them all:

• Drag to reorder (desktop browsers).
• Click a section to jump to it.
• Click the eye icon to hide it; hidden sections are grayed and excluded from display and scoring.
• Click the trash icon to delete it permanently. History stays intact; only future quiz takers are affected.
• Hold Shift, Cmd or Ctrl to select several and hide them together.
• Insert prebuilt section templates for quick layouts.

Score tiers

Tiers use one 0 to 100 percent scale across all quizzes so results stay comparable.

1. Click Configure Score Tiers at top right.
2. Edit tier names, colors and ranges, for example Low 0-39, Medium 40-79, High 80-100.
3. Add or remove tiers if needed; each range must stay between 0 and 100.
4. Click Save to apply, then Preview.

Older quizzes are migrated to the percent system automatically, so double-check their ranges.

Make it convert

Add a clear call-to-action, such as "Book a call to review your results", linked to your calendar.

Good to know: Tiers also feed Workflows, so name them clearly, because those names appear in your trigger filters.
