Add Reviews and Ratings to Products

Letting customers leave reviews and star ratings gives future shoppers a reason to trust what they're seeing.

Turning reviews on

Enable Show Reviews and Ratings and, if you want the count visible, Show Ratings Count in product page settings.

How customers leave a review

Shoppers who've purchased can click Write a Review on the product detail page — name and email required, optionally phone, headline, and description alongside the star rating.

Moderating reviews

Reviews go through approval first. Go to Payments > Products > Reviews to approve/unapprove, delete, reply, and filter by date range, rating, product, or store.

Why moderation matters here

Catches spam or off-topic submissions before they reach a shopper, while letting genuine feedback through quickly.
