Manage Many QR Codes at Once
Once your QR library grows, you do not need to open codes one by one. From the list view you can select several and move, download, or delete them together, rename items on the spot, and copy a link in one click.
Select multiple codes
- Go to Sites > QR Codes.
- Click Select at the top right to show a checkbox on each card.
- Tick the codes you want. A counter such as "3 Selected" appears with action icons.
Bulk actions
- Download: choose PNG, SVG, or PDF and confirm. Large sets are prepared in the background and delivered as ZIP files. If a format is unavailable for a particular code, you can pick another one.
- Move to folder: click the move icon, choose a folder, and click Move.
- Delete: click the delete icon and confirm. Deleting is permanent, so download anything you may need first.
Quick edits
- Rename a code: hover over its card, click the three-dot menu, choose Rename, type a new name, and click Save.
- Copy link: use the same menu and choose Copy Link to get a shareable link to the code without opening it.
Folder actions
Click the three-dot icon on a folder to:
- Download every code inside as a ZIP.
- Rename the folder.
- Delete the folder and all codes in it.
Notes
- Some older codes may not support SVG; choose PNG or PDF for those.
- Very large selections may be split into several ZIP files. If you hit a limit, select fewer items and repeat.
- Consistent names make codes much easier to find and to compare in analytics.
Good to know: Name codes by campaign and placement, such as "Spring flyer - front desk", so scan reports tell you something useful.
