Add Products to a Funnel or Website Page

Order forms can only charge for items that are attached to the page they sit on. Create your products first under Payments > Products, then attach them as follows.

Attach products in a funnel

1. Go to Sites > Funnels, open the funnel and choose the step with your order form.
2. Open the Products tab on the right and click + Add Product.
3. Pick an item from the Product dropdown, or use the inline link to create one.
4. Choose a Price, or create a new one from the inline link.
5. Optionally set Product Name Override and Price Display Override to change how they look on the form.
6. Click Additional options to configure purchase rules.
7. Repeat for every item you want available.

Attach products in a website

Websites do not show the same tab. Click the three dots on the page that holds the order form and choose Products, then follow the same steps.

Purchase options

• Allow multiple quantity lets buyers purchase more than one unit.
• Max per order caps the quantity from 1 to 999.
• Main product or Bump product decides whether it is the primary item or an optional add-on.

One-time and subscription items

Both are supported. Recurring products can show their setup fee, trial period and recurring amounts in the form description.

Good to know: If an item is missing from the dropdown, confirm it exists under Payments and that you are editing the same business account.
