Pin Your Favorite Groups

If you belong to several community groups, pinning the ones you use most keeps them front and center instead of buried in a long list.

How to pin a group

1. Open the Group Switcher from the top navigation.
2. Find the group you want to pin.
3. Hover over it to reveal the pin icon.
4. Click the pin icon.

The group immediately moves to the top of your sidebar for quick access.

How many you can pin

You can pin up to 4 groups per location. This works the same way in both GoKollab and the standard Communities interface.

Why it's worth doing

If you're active in more than a handful of groups, pinning cuts out the scrolling and searching — your most-used groups stay visible at all times, right where you'd expect them.
