Filter Opportunities

Filters get you to exactly the slice you care about.

Applying a filter

1. Go to Opportunities, select the pipeline.
2. Click the funnel icon (Advanced Filter).
3. Choose conditions.
4. Apply.

What you can filter by

Standard fields (owner, followers, status, source, campaign type), value comparisons, dates (stage change, status change, created/updated, win/loss with quick presets), custom fields and tags.

Combining conditions

Stack conditions with AND/OR.

Worth knowing

A pipeline only shows Open opportunities by default — include Won/Lost/Abandoned if needed. Save a repeated filter combination as a Smart List.
