Connect Razorpay

Razorpay is a payment processor built for businesses billing customers in India, supporting one-time, custom, and recurring payments across order forms, invoices, payment links, and contact records.

Connect your account

1. Go to your marketplace of integrations and install Razorpay.
2. In your Razorpay dashboard, go to Accounts & Settings > API Keys and generate your API keys.
3. Enter those keys on Razorpay's authentication screen inside Vendi Today.
4. Back in your Razorpay dashboard, add the webhook URL shown on the Razorpay integration screen in Vendi Today, and enable all payment-related events.
5. Register your branded checkout domain in Vendi Today's settings, then whitelist that same domain in Razorpay's Business Website Details section.

Once connected, Razorpay supports the same core subscription tools as your other processors — cancellations, saved-card updates, and refunds.

Things to plan around

• Razorpay only processes payments from a domain you've explicitly whitelisted — your default system-generated domain won't work, so the branded-domain step above isn't optional.
• Off-session charging on a saved card isn't supported; only fixed-duration subscriptions are currently available.
• This processor is built around Indian payment rails and regulations, so it's the right fit specifically when you're billing customers in India.
