Use the Site and Funnel Analytics Dashboard
The Analytics dashboard shows performance across your funnels, websites, blogs, webinars, forms, surveys and QR codes in one place, without opening each item.
Open it
Go to Sites > Analytics.
Choose what to analyze
- Pick one asset type: Funnels, Websites, Blogs, Webinars, Forms, Surveys, QR Codes or External Tracking. The metrics change with your choice.
- Optionally select a single asset. Leave it on All to combine everything of that type.
- Set the date range from the picker at the upper right. The default is the last 14 days.
KPI cards
Cards at the top act like tabs. Click one to update the charts below it. Common measures include:
- Page views, with unique views.
- Page views by step: click a funnel, website or webinar in the chart to drill into its steps.
- Opt-ins: purchases, form or survey submissions, or bookings.
- Time on page.
- Sales revenue.
- Opt-in conversion rate: opt-ins divided by unique page views.
Some asset types show fewer cards.
Ways to use it
- Find your best and worst performing funnel.
- Check the effect of a campaign over a set period.
- Compare this month with last month.
Good to know: Narrow to one asset and a short date range after a change so you can see its effect clearly.
