How to generate one

1. Go to your Client Portal Dashboard.
2. Click Generate next to the app.
3. Choose Custom Menu for a reusable link.
4. Select which app it opens — Courses, Affiliates, Communities.
5. Copy the URL.

Configuring how the link behaves

Control how it opens (embedded, new tab, same window), visibility (everyone or specific roles), and device permissions (camera/mic).
