Switch Between Board and List View

Two ways to view opportunities, depending on what you're doing.

Board (Kanban) view

Cards arranged in columns by stage. Collapse/expand stage columns, drag dividers, sort cards within a stage, drag cards between stages.

List view

A table, better for scanning larger numbers of deals. Adds an All Pipelines option, sortable columns, column show/hide/resize, and a direct Export option.

Switching between them

View toggle at the top of the Opportunities page. Layout preferences saved to your browser.

Which one to use

Board for a visual sense of pipeline health; list for comparing across pipelines, sorting, or exporting.
