Bulk Import Products via CSV

If you have a large catalog to get into Vendi Today, importing a CSV file is much faster than adding products one at a time.

Steps

1. Go to Payments > Products and select the import option.
2. Download the sample CSV template so you can match the expected format exactly.
3. Fill in your product details — name, price, SKU, description, category, and any other supported fields — in a spreadsheet.
4. Keep every column header from the template, even for fields you're leaving blank.
5. Upload your completed CSV.
6. Review the preview screen for accuracy before confirming.
7. Complete the import.

Things to know before you upload

• Files are limited to 10MB, and must be saved as .csv.
• This tool only creates new products — it can't be used to update products that already exist in your catalog.
• Avoid duplicate SKUs and special characters in your data, as these commonly cause row-level import errors.
