Viewing Form and Survey Submissions on Appointments

If your booking flow asks customers to fill out an intake form or a short questionnaire before their appointment, that information shouldn't be buried somewhere your staff has to go dig for it. Vendi Today surfaces those submissions right alongside the appointment itself.

Where submissions appear

Open any appointment that was booked through a flow with an attached form or survey, and you'll find the submitted answers displayed directly on the appointment — either in a side panel next to the appointment details or within the appointment's detail view, depending on how you have the calendar laid out. There's no need to cross-reference a separate forms dashboard and match it to the right booking by timestamp.

Why this saves staff time

A provider prepping for a call or a service appointment can open the appointment, glance at the form answers, and walk in already knowing what the customer said they needed — no digging through email, no asking the customer to repeat themselves. It's especially useful for intake-heavy businesses like clinics, consultants, and service providers who ask qualifying questions before every booking.

Setting this up

This works automatically once a form or survey is attached to your booking flow — there's nothing extra to configure on the appointment side. If you're not seeing submissions show up, double-check that the form is actually linked to the calendar's booking page rather than living as a standalone form elsewhere in your account.

Good to know: Because submissions are tied to the specific appointment, they stay in that appointment's history even after the appointment is marked complete — useful if you need to look back at what a customer said weeks or months later.
