Edit Text Inline and Tune the Mobile View

Two builder tools save steps: the inline editor changes text right on the canvas, and the mobile editor styles the phone version separately from desktop.

Edit directly on the canvas

Click any label, heading, placeholder, button text or answer option in the preview and simply type. No settings panel needed. This works in forms, surveys and quizzes.

For Text, Heading and Terms & Conditions elements, a small toolbar appears when you click into the content. Use it for bold, italic, underline, size and color, and check the result instantly.

Style the phone version

1. Open the form, survey or quiz.
2. Click the device toggle at the top and choose Mobile.
3. In the right panel, choose a mobile Layout Style.
4. Upload a Mobile Header Image and a Mobile Background Image if you want different artwork for small screens.
5. Adjust Font Family, Font Size and Font Weight for labels, short labels and placeholders.
6. Click Save, then Preview on mobile.

Desktop and mobile settings are stored separately, so edits in one view never overwrite the other. You can also write shorter mobile-only text, such as a trimmed headline; if you leave a mobile field empty, the desktop wording is used.

Good to know: Most visitors arrive on phones, so finish by previewing in Mobile view and tapping through every step before publishing.
