Embed an Event Page on Your Own Website
Embedding places your full event experience inside any web page, so visitors read details and register without leaving your site. The embed uses a responsive frame that adapts to desktop, tablet, and phone.
What Visitors Get
The embedded page includes event details, schedule, and the complete registration form. Registrations are recorded in your Events dashboard exactly as if people had used the direct event link.
Generate the Code
- Go to Memberships, then Events, and open a public event.
- Click Share Event.
- Select the Embed Code tab.
- Click Copy.
- Open the page or site where the event should appear and add a custom code or HTML block.
- Paste the code, then save and publish that page.
You can also find the embed code under the event's Settings, in Link & Tracking.
Where It Works
- Pages built in Sites (funnels and websites)
- External builders that allow custom HTML, such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or Webflow
- Blog posts and long-form content pages
- Dedicated landing or sales pages
Good to Know
- The embedded page follows the design you set in the event, so finish styling first.
- Edits to event details appear automatically; you never need to regenerate the code.
- The same code can be used on as many pages as you like.
- Embedding is meant for public events.
Good to know: Give the frame plenty of vertical room on your page so visitors are not squeezed into a small scrolling window.
