Use Bulk Actions on the Workflow List
Bulk actions let you apply one command to many workflows or folders at once, which saves time when tidying a large library.
What you can do
- Publish or set to Draft (workflows only)
- Move (workflows or folders)
- Delete (workflows or folders)
- Manage Permissions (folders only)
Run a bulk action
- Go to Automation > Workflows.
- Optionally narrow the list with filters or open a Smart List.
- Tick the checkboxes beside the items you want. You can also use Select All, then open its dropdown to choose between all workflows, all folders, published workflows, or draft workflows.
- A toolbar appears. Pick the action you need.
- Read the confirmation window. It shows how many items will change and any warnings.
- Confirm to apply.
Rules to be aware of
- You can select folders or workflows, but not both in the same selection.
- Select All applies to the items visible on the current page, or to your filtered results.
- Actions follow your user permissions. If you lack access, an option may be hidden or disabled.
- The feature is designed for the full-size list page, and it can behave differently on small screens.
Good to know: Deleting is permanent, so double-check the selected count in the confirmation dialog before you proceed.
