Add Multiple Phone Numbers and Emails

Store several phone numbers and email addresses on a single contact record instead of picking just one or creating duplicates.

Phone numbers

Up to 11 phone numbers, each with its own label.

1. Open the contact and find the phone numbers section.
2. Add a number, enter it, give it a label.
3. Check Primary on the number used for outgoing calls and texts.

If none is marked primary, Vendi Today defaults to whichever was entered first.

Email addresses

Up to 11 email addresses — one primary, up to 10 secondary.

1. Open the contact and click Add Another Email.
2. Click the star icon next to the address that should be primary.

Important: only the primary email actually sends and receives messages. Secondary addresses are stored for reference only.

Bulk and merge scenarios

Both can be populated via CSV import by mapping additional columns. Merging two duplicate contacts carries over all phone numbers and emails from both records.
