Using the Social Element
The Social element adds a row of clickable network icons so recipients can follow you with a single tap.
What you can customize
- Which networks appear: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and others.
- The link behind each icon.
- Icon style and shape, in full color or monochrome.
- Display mode: icon only, text only, or icon with text.
- Icon size, spacing, font and font color.
- Alignment and padding.
Adding social icons
- Open a template or campaign in Marketing > Emails.
- Click Add Elements and drag Social into the header or footer area.
- Click the block and open Edit.
- Select the platforms to show and remove the ones you do not use.
- Paste the profile URL for each icon.
- Pick style, size and spacing so the row looks balanced.
- Choose alignment and padding.
- Preview on desktop and mobile and click each icon in a test email.
Adding a network that is not listed
Duplicate an existing icon, then replace its image and link with the logo and profile URL of the other platform.
Where to place it
Footers are the classic spot because they do not compete with your main call to action. For a social-focused campaign, a centered row directly under the headline works well.
Good to know: Send yourself a test and tap every icon. A single mistyped profile link can quietly cost you followers.
