Using Custom Fields and Custom Values in Widgets

Bring your own custom fields and custom values into dashboards — as table columns, aggregated metrics, and dynamic placeholders.

Custom fields as table columns

Add a table widget, select the custom field(s) as columns, save. Purely a display change.

Custom fields as metrics

Numeric/monetary custom fields as calculated metrics — Sum, Min, Max, Average. E.g. sum a "Property Value" field for closed deals this month. Works in widgets, custom reports, and the custom metric builder.

Custom values as dynamic placeholders

Insert tokens like {{ business.name }} into widget titles, text boxes, filter conditions, embedded URLs — resolved automatically per viewer. Click the {} button in supported fields to insert one. Only editors can insert tokens. Blank if the underlying value isn't set.
