Format Text with the Block Editor
The Block Editor is the text-formatting toolbar inside text elements. Use it for manual tweaks like bolding, bullets and fonts without leaving the canvas.
What it offers
- A cleaner, more streamlined interface.
- Custom fonts for highlighted text, so you can change part of a heading or paragraph.
- Subscript and superscript options for footnotes, chemical names and trademarks.
- A dedicated bullet list section, with marker styles for unordered lists (disc, circle and others) and numbered options.
- Fewer cluttered paragraph options.
Format your text
- Open the funnel or website in the builder.
- Click Add Elements and place a text element, or select an existing one.
- Highlight the words you want to change.
- Use the toolbar to apply a font, subscript, superscript or list style.
- Save and preview.
When to use it
Use the Block Editor for quick copy edits inside a single text element. For broader changes, such as rewriting an entire section or updating the look of a whole page, use AI-assisted page revisions instead.
Notes
Formatting made here, such as bold, takes priority over element-level settings like font weight.
Good to know: Select just the words you want to change; applying a custom font to the whole block can make headings hard to scan.
