View Google Ads Statistics

The Statistics tab shows results for your Google campaigns, from a high-level summary down to individual keywords.

Open Google results

  1. Go to Marketing > Ad Manager and click Statistics.
  2. Choose Google from the platform dropdown.
  3. Pick a date range.

What you will see

Conversion summary at the top:

  • Impressions and clicks.
  • Conversions and cost per conversion.
  • Average CPC and CPM (cost per thousand impressions).
  • Total spend.

Performance graphs for impressions, clicks and conversions over time, useful for spotting spikes or drops.

Campaign details table with clicks, CTR, CPC, impressions, sales, revenue, ROI%, leads, CPL and CPS. Search for a campaign, show or hide columns and export the data.

Go deeper

Click a campaign name to open its dashboard, with three drill-down levels:

  • Ad groups: compare clicks, impressions and conversions per group.
  • Ads: see which creative performs best within each group.
  • Keywords: find which terms drive results and which waste budget.

How to act on it

  • Pause ad groups or keywords that spend without converting.
  • Move budget toward the strongest segments.
  • Rewrite ads that get impressions but few clicks.

Notes

  • Data refreshes periodically, so allow time after publishing before numbers appear.
  • Zero conversions usually points to missing conversion tracking or a weak landing page.
  • Compare equal date ranges for fair conclusions.

Good to know: Keyword-level data is where most savings hide; check it weekly and add wasteful search terms as negative keywords.
