Read the Automations Overview Dashboard
The Overview dashboard gives you one screen that summarizes how your automations are performing, so you do not have to open workflows one at a time. You will find it under Automation > Overview. If you do not see it, it may be a preview feature that needs to be switched on in your Labs settings.
What the dashboard shows
- Summary counters: total workflows, how many are published, and total enrollments.
- Workflow Enrollments Over Time: a weekly trend line that helps you spot spikes or sudden drops in activity.
- Trigger Analysis: a breakdown of what is actually starting your automations, filterable by trigger type, form, or survey.
- Error Review Summary: a quick check on whether any workflow has run into problems.
Review and investigate
- Open Automation > Overview.
- Choose a date range at the top to narrow the trend chart.
- Use the Trigger Analysis filters to isolate a specific trigger, form, or survey.
- In Error Review Summary, click Needs Review to see only the workflows with issues.
- Click a workflow from that list to open it and investigate the exact step that failed.
Things to remember
- All figures follow your account's timezone.
- Trigger Analysis covers the most recent 30 days.
- The dashboard is a high-level view; for per-step detail, open a workflow's own Execution Logs.
Good to know: Check the Error Review Summary once a week; catching a broken workflow early prevents silent gaps in your follow-up.
