Use Snippets for Faster Replies
If you type the same responses over and over — a pricing answer, a booking link, an FAQ reply — save them as snippets so you (and your whole team) can drop them into a conversation in one click instead of typing them out each time.
Creating a snippet
- Go to Conversations > Snippets (also available under Marketing > Snippets).
- Click Add Snippet and choose whether it's a text or email snippet.
- Give it a clear name so it's easy to find later.
- Write the message body — you can personalize it with merge fields and custom values so it fills in details automatically.
- Preview it, test it if you want, and save.
- Organize snippets into folders to keep a growing library manageable.
Using a snippet in a conversation
- Open the conversation thread and click the snippets icon at the bottom of the composer.
- Search or browse folders to find the one you need.
- Select it — the message box fills in automatically.
- Edit anything you need to before sending.
Why this is useful
- Cuts down time spent retyping repetitive answers.
- Keeps your team's messaging consistent and on-brand.
- Reduces typos and mistakes compared to writing the same thing from memory every time.
Snippets are shared across your team, so once one person builds a good response, everyone can use it.
