Use Snippets for Faster Replies

If you type the same responses over and over — a pricing answer, a booking link, an FAQ reply — save them as snippets so you (and your whole team) can drop them into a conversation in one click instead of typing them out each time.

Creating a snippet

  1. Go to Conversations > Snippets (also available under Marketing > Snippets).
  2. Click Add Snippet and choose whether it's a text or email snippet.
  3. Give it a clear name so it's easy to find later.
  4. Write the message body — you can personalize it with merge fields and custom values so it fills in details automatically.
  5. Preview it, test it if you want, and save.
  6. Organize snippets into folders to keep a growing library manageable.

Using a snippet in a conversation

  1. Open the conversation thread and click the snippets icon at the bottom of the composer.
  2. Search or browse folders to find the one you need.
  3. Select it — the message box fills in automatically.
  4. Edit anything you need to before sending.

Why this is useful

  • Cuts down time spent retyping repetitive answers.
  • Keeps your team's messaging consistent and on-brand.
  • Reduces typos and mistakes compared to writing the same thing from memory every time.

Snippets are shared across your team, so once one person builds a good response, everyone can use it.
