Set Up Shipping Zones and Delivery Rates

Charge differently depending on destination, order value, or weight.

Where to set this up

Payments > Settings > Shipping & Delivery.

Building a shipping zone

1. Click Add Zone.
2. Name it, select covered countries/states.
3. Click Add Rate to define a price.

A state/province can only belong to one zone.

Conditional pricing within a zone

Vary by order value or item weight. Restrict further using ZIP/postal codes or a wildcard prefix.

How rates get chosen at checkout

The system sorts available options by price and selects the lowest as default.

Place a test order before going live.
