Connect a TikTok Account to Social Planner

Social Planner can publish to personal and business TikTok accounts. If you also want to read and reply to TikTok comments from inside Vendi Today, connect a TikTok Business profile.

Before you begin

• Know which TikTok login you want to link (personal or business).
• To use comment management, the account must be a TikTok Business account.

Connect your account

1. Open Marketing > Social Planner.
2. If the setup wizard appears, use its connect option. Otherwise click the gear icon on the Social Planner overview to open settings.
3. Click Add account and choose TikTok, then pick Personal or Business.
4. Sign in to TikTok when the window opens and approve the permissions requested.
5. Select the TikTok account you want to use with Social Planner.
6. The account now appears in the list of connected socials and is available in the Post to field.

Managing the connection

Return to the gear icon in Social Planner at any time to review connected accounts, reconnect one that has expired, or remove one you no longer use.

Troubleshooting

• If the login window does not open, allow pop-ups for the site and try again.
• If the account is missing after you sign in, confirm you chose the right TikTok profile on the selection screen.
• If posts stop publishing, reconnect the account, as TikTok occasionally expires permissions.

Good to know: Use a TikTok Business account if you plan to automate replies to comments and direct messages later.
