SEO Report for WordPress Hosting
The SEO tab inside your WordPress hosting dashboard checks core on-page details for each hosted site, then guides you through fixing the gaps, all without leaving Vendi Today.
What it checks
- Title tags: finds missing, duplicate, or overly long titles. Good titles help search engines understand a page and encourage clicks.
- Meta descriptions: finds missing or weak descriptions. A clear, benefit-focused summary can improve how often people click your listing.
- Meta keywords: suggests focus terms based on your content. Major search engines mostly ignore them for ranking, but they help keep copy on-topic.
Requirements
- The SEO tool must be active for your account; otherwise the SEO tab will not show.
- The Vendi Today plugin (version 3.0.12 or later) must be installed and active. To confirm, go to Sites > WordPress > Manage Website > Plugins.
Use the report
- Open Sites > WordPress.
- Click Manage Website for the site.
- Click the SEO tab.
- Review the suggested fixes for titles, descriptions, and keywords, and switch between Not Fixed and Fixed lists.
- Click Fix Issue beside a suggestion to apply the recommended improvement.
After you fix things
Changes take effect once saved or published in WordPress. Search engines need time to recrawl before results change. The report refreshes on a schedule, and a rescan option helps update it sooner when available.
How it fits with other tools
This is a foundational check, not a full SEO audit. For deeper analysis, use Vendi Today's wider SEO tools. If the site is not ready for visitors, you can also hide it from search engines with the indexing switch in Advanced Settings.
Good to know: Write each title and description for a person scanning search results, not for a crawler; clarity beats keyword stuffing.
