Fix Slow or Stuck CRM Loading
If Vendi Today is loading slowly, stuck on a spinner, or a page never finishes loading, it's almost always something on the browser side rather than a problem with your account data. Work through these steps in order.
Quick checks first
- Try incognito/private mode. If the app loads fine there, the problem is your regular browser's cache or an extension — not Vendi Today itself.
- Try a different browser. If it loads fine in Firefox but not Chrome (or vice versa), that confirms a browser-specific issue rather than an account issue.
- Disable browser extensions, especially ad blockers, privacy tools, or script blockers — these commonly interfere with app loading.
Clear your browser cache
- Chrome: go to
chrome://settings/siteDataand clear stored data for the site. - Edge: go to
edge://settings/clearBrowserDataand clear browsing data. - Then do a hard refresh: Cmd+R on Mac, Ctrl+F5 on Windows.
If a hard refresh and cache clear doesn't fix it
- Open your browser's developer tools (right-click anywhere on the page → Inspect).
- Go to the Application tab.
- Click Clear Site Data.
- Also clear cookies for the site via the padlock icon in your address bar.
- Hard refresh again.
Something else to check
Confirm you actually have access to the account or workspace you're trying to load — if your access was recently changed or removed, the page can hang indefinitely instead of showing a clear error. Check with your account admin if you're not sure.
If the page loads but looks broken
If you or someone on your team has added custom CSS or JavaScript to your funnels, websites, or client portal, that code can interfere with how the app's own loading indicators and scripts behave. If loading problems started right after adding custom code, that's the first place to look — try removing or disabling the custom code temporarily to see if the issue clears up.
Still stuck?
Open the browser console (right-click → Inspect → Console tab), take a screenshot of any errors shown there, and share it with support — it dramatically speeds up diagnosis.
