Edit a Design Kit
Brands change. When your logo, colors, or fonts are updated, edit the Design Kit inside your Brand Board so everything built from now on uses the new look.
When to edit
- A new logo has been approved.
- You introduced a new color or font.
- Small differences have crept in and you want a single source of truth again.
Edit step by step
- Go to Marketing > Brand Boards and open the board.
- Logos: Open the Logos tab and click the pencil icon on Logo 1 or Logo 2 to upload a replacement.
- Colors: Open the Colors tab. Click + Add for a new color, click a swatch to change it, click the name to rename it, or use the trash icon to remove it.
- Fonts: Open the Typography tab. Click + Add (up to 5 fonts, minimum 1), change a font from its dropdown, or remove one with the trash icon.
- Click Save Board at the top right.
Notes
- Colors accept HEX or RGB values. Click the HEX or RGBA label at the bottom of the color picker to switch.
- Old logo files remain in the Media Library until you delete them there yourself.
- If your payment pages use Brand Board colors, those can reflect the update as well.
What happens to existing content
Edits do not rewrite existing emails, pages, or forms. They change what pickers show for future edits. Reopen the items you want refreshed and reapply the colors and fonts.
Pickers not showing the new colors?
Only the default board fills the pickers. Set the correct board as default and confirm the colors were saved.
Good to know: Keep your color names stable when you change shades, so teammates still recognize "Primary" after an update.
