Track and Pay Affiliates for Leads from Forms, Surveys and Calendars
Not every offer involves a checkout. You can credit affiliates when a visitor submits a form, completes a survey or books a calendar slot, and optionally pay a fixed fee for each one.
Create a Lead Campaign
- Open Marketing > Affiliate Manager > Campaigns and click + Add.
- Choose Forms, Surveys or Calendars as the source.
- Pick the exact form, survey or calendar from the dropdown.
- Review the generated campaign URL. Without a branded domain it uses the default domain; add yours under Settings > Business Profile > Branded Domain and all links update automatically.
- Optional: open the Commissions tab and switch on Pay Per Lead, then enter the Per Lead Commission.
- Add a description, assign affiliates and adjust other settings. Multi-tier rewards are available under advanced commission settings.
- Click Publish.
Where Leads Show Up
Once live, leads appear automatically in each affiliate's profile under the Leads tab. The Source field shows whether the lead came from a form, survey or calendar. If Pay Per Lead is on, the Commissions tab lists each reward with "Lead Commission" in the product column.
Important Limitation
The form, survey or calendar must be added as a native component on a funnel or website page. Custom code embeds and iframes cannot be tracked.
Attributing a Lead Yourself
You can add a lead to an affiliate manually, either from the profile's Leads tab or with a workflow action, whenever the referral happened outside normal tracking.
Good to know: Pay Per Lead cannot be combined with Pay Per Sale on the same campaign setup, so choose the model that matches your goal.
