Look Busy Setting

The "Look Busy" setting hides a portion of your open slots from the public booking widget, so your calendar looks a little more in-demand than it might otherwise appear — while still leaving your full actual availability intact behind the scenes.

How it works

You choose a percentage, and that share of your genuinely open slots is randomly hidden from what customers see on the widget. As real bookings come in and fill up the visible slots, more of the hidden ones gradually become visible — so once your true availability catches down to the displayed amount, the widget simply reflects reality.

Anyone booking manually through the in-app appointment modal still sees every open slot, hidden or not — this setting only affects the public-facing widget.

Setting it up

1. Open Calendar Settings and select your calendar.
2. Go to the Availability tab.
3. Turn on Look Busy.
4. Enter the percentage of slots you want hidden.
5. Save.

Where it works

This setting is available on Event, Personal, Round Robin, Collective, and Service calendars. It's not currently available for Class Booking calendars or service menus.
