Connecting with Zapier

Zapier connects Vendi Today to thousands of other apps without code.

Connect your account

1. In Zapier, create a new Zap.
2. Search for and select LeadConnector as your trigger/action app.
3. Choose a trigger event, like Pipeline Stage Changed or Contact Created.
4. Sign in with your normal account credentials.
5. Select which account/location to connect.
6. Finish building the rest of your Zap.

A practical example

Push a new job from field-service software into Vendi Today as a contact, or update a pipeline stage when a job status changes.

Common problems

Duplicate contacts or repeated campaign additions: usually overlapping Zaps on the same trigger. Use a "find or create" step instead of plain "create."

A Zap just isn't running: check the task history for where it failed — expired connection, broken field mapping, or a Zap turned off.

Disconnecting

Remove any time from Zapier's App Connections page.
