Reuse Content with the Document Content Library

If you find yourself rebuilding the same pricing table, signature block, or intro page every time you create a new document, the Content Library lets you save those pieces once and reuse them anywhere.

What you can save

Individual elements (like a pricing section or a signature table) or entire pages can be saved as reusable components in the library.

Using saved content

Once something is in the library, you can drag and drop it straight into any new or existing document. After it's inserted, you're free to edit the text, values, or pricing for that specific client — the library version stays as your master copy.

Keeping the library organized

You can rename or delete items in the library as your standard content changes over time, so it stays current instead of accumulating outdated pieces.

Why this is useful

  • Speeds up building new proposals and contracts since you're assembling from proven pieces instead of starting from a blank page each time.
  • Keeps your branding, terminology, and formatting consistent across every document your business sends.
  • Makes it easier to train new team members — they can build professional documents using vetted, pre-approved building blocks instead of guessing at formatting or wording.
