Write Emails Faster with Email AI

Generates a complete, on-brand draft from a short prompt or reference, refined conversationally.

Getting started

1. Marketing > Emails > Templates, click Build with AI.
2. Confirm the Brand Board applied — pulls in your colors, fonts, logo.
3. Choose a starting point: From a Prompt (describe the email) or From a Reference (upload an image or paste a URL to model the layout after).
4. Review the draft.

Refining the draft

Tell it what to change conversationally — "shorten this," "translate to Spanish," "add a testimonial section." Each change is versioned, so you can roll back. Turn on Assist Mode for help phrasing prompts.

Bonus: automatic countdown timers

Watches for deadline-driven language and offers to insert a countdown timer — pick an existing one or create new, set end date/time and destination link. Skips evergreen emails like welcome messages and receipts.

Finishing up

Save as a template once happy. Needs enabling first under Settings > Labs.
