Embed a Form on Your Own Website
You can show a Vendi Today form on a site built elsewhere, such as Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, WordPress or Duda, so visitors never leave your page and leads still arrive in Contacts.
Get the embed code
- Go to Sites > Forms.
- Open the form (or create one with + Add Form).
- Click Integrate and choose Embed Code.
- Pick a layout and click Copy Embed Code.
Paste it into your site
- Squarespace: Settings > Advanced > Code Injection, paste into the Header or Footer, then save and publish. Checkout pages do not accept embeds.
- Wix: Click +, choose Embed, then Embed a Widget, select Code, paste the script and click Update, then publish.
- Shopify: Online Store > Themes > Actions > Edit Code, open
theme.liquid, paste the code before the closing body tag, and save. - WordPress: Add a Custom HTML block (or use a code-snippet tool) on the page and paste it.
- Duda: Add an HTML widget to the page and paste the code.
After publishing
Visit the live page, submit a test entry, and confirm it appears in Sites > Forms > Submissions and in Contacts.
Troubleshooting
- Make sure the whole code block was copied.
- Clear the site's cache after publishing.
- If you change layout or triggers later, copy and paste a fresh embed code.
Good to know: A site-wide embed placed in the footer area works well for pop-up and slide-in forms that should appear on every page.
