Pause Your Account

If you need to step away from your business for a while but don't want to lose your setup, pausing your account is a lower-cost alternative to fully canceling.

What stays intact

While paused, your core data is preserved: contacts, conversations, custom objects, tasks, opportunities, companies, and users, along with your funnel configurations, automation settings, and stored media.

What changes while paused

  • Workflows and funnel pages switch to draft status.
  • Platform access is unavailable until you reactivate.
  • Domain renewals will fail during the pause.

Time-sensitive items to know about

  • Phone numbers and messaging registrations are deleted after 14 days if you remain paused.
  • Any active marketplace or subscription add-ons cancel automatically and won't auto-resume when you reactivate.

How to pause

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Select the option to modify or cancel your subscription.
  3. Choose Pause Account instead of canceling outright.

Reactivating

Log back in, complete the payment step shown on the reactivation screen, and your account becomes active again immediately.

Pause vs. cancel

Pausing costs a small monthly fee to hold your data in place — canceling outright is free but starts the 90-day retention countdown toward permanent deletion.
