Save, Draft and Publish Funnels and Websites

Vendi Today separates saving your work from making it live. That means you can edit freely, have teammates review, and publish only when a version is approved.

How versions work

Each time you click Save, the builder stores a new version of the page. Your live site keeps serving the version marked Live until you publish a different one. A page keeps a maximum of 30 versions; older ones are removed as new drafts are saved, and the Live version is never the one dropped.

Save and publish a page

  1. Open the funnel step or website page in the builder and make your edits.
  2. Click Save to store the work in progress as a draft.
  3. When you are ready, click Publish to send the chosen version to your live URL.
  4. If the funnel or website has no domain yet, a prompt appears so you can attach one before the version goes live.

Publishing without saving first pushes every change since the last published version.

Publish an older version

  1. Open the Versions tab.
  2. Find the version you want. The one currently serving visitors carries a Live tag.
  3. Choose it and publish it directly, with no need to restore it first.

Older pages

Pages created before this feature keep working. If no published version exists, visitors see the latest saved version.

Good to know: Edit a duplicate step for risky redesigns, then publish only after previewing on both desktop and mobile.
