QR Codes in Vendi Today: Overview

QR Codes live under Sites and let you create scannable codes that lead to websites, forms, payments, reviews, and more. This overview shows what is available and where to find it.

Where to find it

Open Sites and click QR Codes in the top bar. If you have not made any codes yet, you will see a landing page introducing the main features. Once you have codes, you will see your library instead, and a QR Features button reopens the landing page in a pop-up whenever you want a refresher.

What you can do

  • Create: follow the guided builder for a quick code, or fine-tune colors, shapes, frames, and logos.
  • Choose a type: link to a website, review page, call, text message, email, payment, WhatsApp, funnel, form, survey, or quiz. Special types include app store routing, profile cards, business cards, and contact cards.
  • Make codes in bulk: upload a spreadsheet to generate many codes at once.
  • Track results: use the Analytics area to see total and unique scans over time, performance by type, and date filters in real time.
  • Stay organized: group codes in folders, rename them, select several at once, and download in PNG, SVG, or PDF.

Dynamic destinations

Codes point to a link managed by Vendi Today, so you can change where a code leads without reprinting it. That makes them safe to use on packaging, signs, and printed mailers.

Good to know: Decide on a naming scheme before you create many codes, because analytics are far easier to read when each code has a clear, consistent name.
