Use Documents & Contracts in the Mobile App

You can send and manage documents from the Vendi Today mobile app, which is handy for closing a deal on-site or getting a signature while you're away from your desk.

What you can do from the app

• Browse All documents to see everything you've sent, along with drafts and templates.
• Tap the floating + button to start a new document from an existing template.
• Add recipients to the document before sending.
• Pull items from your product catalog into the document if you're putting together a quote or estimate on the spot.
• Preview the document to confirm it looks right, then send it by email or generate a shareable link.

The one limitation

The app is built for sending, not building from scratch — you can't design a brand-new document layout on your phone. Templates need to be created first on the desktop/web version, and the mobile app works from those templates.

For anyone who spends time meeting clients in person or on the road, this means you can get a proposal or agreement in front of someone and collect a signature the same day, without waiting until you're back at a computer.
