Add Order Bumps to Forms and Surveys
An order bump is a small add-on offered at checkout, such as a rush service or an extra guide, that the buyer can add with one tick.
Before you start
Add a Sell Products element with a main product. Bump products only appear when a main product exists.
Set up
- Open the form or survey in the builder and add Sell Products.
- Click it and choose Add Product, then select your Main Product. Show or hide description, image and quantity.
- Click Add Product again, choose the product, and set its type to Bump Product.
- Write a short headline and decide whether to show an image.
- Under Order Bump Style, choose Modern or Classic, then choose a template.
- Add Highlight Text (such as "Add it for one click"), pick an icon, and show or hide the price.
- Adjust colors, set a single, two or three-column layout, and choose whether visitors can pick one bump or several.
- Click Save.
Rules to remember
- You can add several bump products.
- Only one product in the whole form can be recurring, either the main product or one bump.
- Bumps work with your supported payment processors.
- You can reorder or switch individual bumps on and off at any time.
Make bumps convincing
Keep the offer clearly related to the main purchase, price it low, and use a highlight line that states the benefit.
Good to know: A free-of-charge main product can still carry a paid bump; just check that your checkout settings fit the zero-dollar guide.
