Manage Pipeline Permissions

Control who can see or edit a specific pipeline without touching broader account roles.

Access levels

View Only (move/update but not edit stages), Edit (full control), No Access (completely hidden).

Setting permissions

1. Go to Opportunities > Pipelines.
2. Click the key icon on the pipeline.
3. Choose a sharing mode: Share with All Users, Share with Selected Users, or Exclude Specific Users.
4. Assign an access level.
5. Save.

Why this is useful

Sensitive pipelines, pipelines in active setup, keeping reps focused on their own pipeline.

Only admins or edit-permission users can change these settings.
