Track Views, Responses and Drop-Off With Analytics
The Analytics page shows how forms and surveys perform so you can fix weak spots.
Open it
Go to Sites and choose Analytics in the top navigation.
Filters
- Type: Forms or Surveys.
- Asset: All, or a single form or survey.
- Date range: Last 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days, or a custom range.
Key metrics
- Total Views: How often the item was seen.
- Responses: Completed submissions.
- Average Time: How long completion takes.
- Completion Rate: Responses divided by views, compared with the previous period of the same length.
- A line chart of views, plus a per-item table when "All" is selected.
Survey slide metrics
Pick a single survey to see each slide's Views and Drop-Off (count and percentage). A slide with high drop-off is a candidate for shorter wording, fewer fields, or a different order.
Negative drop-off
A negative value means more people reached a slide than the one before it. Common causes are jump rules that skip slides, older "move to slide based on option" routing, or reordering slides during the date range.
How to use it
- Choose a date range long enough to have meaningful data.
- Find the slide or form with the lowest completion.
- Change one thing, then compare the next period.
Good to know: The per-item table is hidden when you select a single asset; switch back to "All" to compare forms side by side.
