Troubleshoot the Facebook Connection

If Pages or ad accounts are missing when you link Facebook to Ad Manager, the cause is almost always the wrong profile, missing Meta permissions or an incomplete authorization. Work through the checks below.

Reconnect safely

When Facebook asks which Pages to share, keep every applicable Page ticked. Each new authorization replaces the previous selection, so unticking a Page you used before can cut off access for campaigns that rely on it.

  1. Go to Marketing > Ad Manager.
  2. Click Connect Facebook (or + Connect Facebook Page(s) under Settings > Platform settings to add more Pages).
  3. Sign in with the correct profile and approve the permissions.
  4. Leave all existing Pages selected, add any new ones, and finish.
  5. Choose the ads account and Page, then click Connect.

Check access inside Facebook

  1. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy > Settings.
  2. Go to Business Integrations.
  3. Find the Vendi Today integration and click View and edit.
  4. Make sure every required permission is switched on and every Page you need is selected.
  5. Click Save, then return to Ad Manager and reconnect.

Typical problems

  • Page or ads account missing: confirm you are on the correct profile, that it belongs to the right Business Portfolio, and that the ads account is active.
  • Buttons disabled: an ads account must be selected and Facebook authorization must have completed.
  • Connected the wrong profile: sign out of Facebook, sign in as the right person, then reconnect and reselect your assets.

Quick answers

  • At least one Page and one Meta ads account are mandatory.
  • You can connect as many Pages as your profile can reach.

Good to know: Ask your Business Portfolio admin to grant full control of the Page and ad account to your profile before you start, which prevents most permission loops.
