Create a Brand Board

A Brand Board keeps your logos, colors, and fonts together in one place so every email, site, and form looks like it came from the same company. Each board contains a Design Kit, which holds those assets.

Three ways to start

• Start from Blank: Add everything yourself.
• Select a Template: Begin with a preset style and adjust it.
• Website URL import: Paste your site or a landing page address and Vendi Today detects logos, colors, and fonts for you to review.

Build one step by step

1. Go to Marketing and open Brand Boards in the top menu.
2. Click + Add a Design Kit.
3. Pick Start from Blank, Select a Template, or Website URL import. For the URL option, paste the address and click Import Brand Kit.
4. Open the Logos tab and upload a primary and secondary logo.
5. Open the Colors tab and add colors with the HEX or RGB picker. Rename each one so it is easy to recognize. You need at least 2 and can have up to 10.
6. Open the Typography tab and choose from 1 to 5 fonts.
7. Save the board.

Where your files go

Uploaded logos are stored in a folder in the Media Library named after the Brand Board. You can delete older logo files there whenever you like.

Managing boards

Use the three-dot menu on a board to Edit, Set as Default, or Delete. Deleting cannot be undone.

Important

Changing a board does not restyle emails or pages you already built. The colors and fonts you save simply appear in pickers when you create or edit things in the future.

Good to know: Name colors by purpose, such as "Primary button" or "Headline text", rather than by shade, so your team picks the right one quickly.
