Delete a Sending Domain

Retire a domain you're rebranding away from, consolidating, or replacing due to a bad reputation.

Before you delete

Pause or reschedule anything using it first. If assigned to a scheduled campaign, deletion is blocked until unlinked:

1. Open Domain Configurator, select the domain.
2. Click Manage Campaign to see what's linked.
3. Select all, Remove, Apply.
4. Confirm the list is empty.

Deleting the domain

1. Settings > Email Services > Dedicated Domain and IP.
2. Three-dot menu on the domain, Delete Domain.
3. Confirm (usually a typed confirmation phrase) — can't be undone.

What happens after

Removes the connection immediately and permanently, but doesn't touch DNS records at your registrar — remove those yourself, or reuse them elsewhere. Can re-add the same domain later.

A replacement domain starts from zero reputation and needs its own warm-up.
