Google Ads Conversions Are Not Showing After a Workflow Runs
You added the Add to Google Ads action, the workflow runs, but Google Ads shows no conversions. Work through these checks in order.
Likely causes
1. Confirm the connection
Open Settings > Integrations and make sure your Google Ads account is connected and the right account is selected. If you reconnected recently, reopen the action and reselect the conversion action.
2. Check that a conversion action exists
Vendi Today lists the conversion actions that already exist in your Google Ads account. If the dropdown is empty, create a conversion action in Google Ads first, then return and refresh.
3. Match the conversion name exactly
Copy the name straight from Google Ads. Extra spaces, different capitalization or a renamed conversion all prevent matching. If you rename it in Google Ads, update the workflow.
4. Verify the click ID is on the contact
Google needs a click identifier (GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID) saved on the contact. Without it, a conversion cannot be attributed to an ad click.
- Submit your form from a real ad click, not by typing the page address.
- Confirm your landing page and forms preserve URL parameters.
- Look at the contact record to see whether the identifier is present.
5. Check the workflow itself
- It is published.
- The trigger actually fires; look in Execution Logs.
- The contact reached the Google Ads step and no filter or condition stopped them.
6. Allow time
Google Ads can take several hours to display new conversions, and attribution windows apply. Check again the next day before changing anything.
Test safely
Use a real ad click on a test device, complete the form, then confirm the contact has a click ID and the action ran successfully.
Good to know: Contacts who arrive without a click ID (direct visits, organic search) cannot be reported, so low counts are sometimes completely normal.
