Custom Values Settings

Store a piece of information once and reuse it everywhere — phone number, discount code, booking link, legal disclaimer. Manage under Settings > Custom Values.

Why use them

Update a value once and every referencing template/funnel/automation updates automatically.

Creating a custom value

Click New Custom Value, name it (generates the reference key), enter the value, optionally file into a folder.

Managing your list

Organize into folders (no nesting), search, edit individually or in bulk, move between folders, delete with confirmation.

Good candidates for a custom value

Business contact details, seasonal pricing text, booking/payment links, legal/compliance language.
