Using the Logo Element
The Logo element positions your brand mark in an email and keeps it sharp on every screen size.
What you can set
- Upload an image or paste a hosted image URL.
- Resize with a custom width and height.
- Align left, center or right.
- Link the logo to your website or a landing page.
- Add padding around it.
Adding your logo
- Go to Marketing > Emails > Templates and open a template.
- Click Add Elements and drag Logo to the top of the layout.
- Click the block to open the Edit tab.
- Choose Upload or paste an Image URL.
- Set the width so the logo is large enough to read but not dominant.
- Choose an alignment.
- Paste your site address into the Link field.
- Adjust Padding, then open the Visibility tab if needed.
- Preview on desktop and mobile.
Choosing the right file
A PNG with a transparent background blends into any email background color. High-quality JPG files also work, and GIF is accepted. Avoid logos with tiny text, which can become unreadable on phones.
Reusing your logo
Once the block looks right, save it to your Saved Items so it is one click away in every future email. If your brand colors and logos are stored in a brand board, you can also pull them in while designing.
Good to know: Linking the logo to your homepage gives readers a handy shortcut, but make sure it opens a page that works on mobile.
