Manage Inventory and Stock

Keeping stock counts current is what keeps your store from selling things you don't have.

Where to manage it

Payments > Products > Inventory — lists every variant with current quantity, searchable by SKU or name. No SKU shows as "No SKU."

Updating stock

Click into a quantity field and update directly — the page won't let you navigate away with unsaved changes.

Deciding what happens at zero stock

Continue Selling When Out of Stock toggle per product — off pauses sales at zero, on allows continued ordering.
