Spam Detection for Reviews

Not every review that shows up is genuine. Vendi Today flags suspected spam.

Turn on automatic detection

Go to Reputation > Settings > Spam Reviews. Reviews AI won't respond to anything marked as spam.

Handle flagged reviews

• Filter to spam only.
• Mark a review as spam manually.
• Undo Spam on any incorrectly flagged review.

Why it matters

Spam skews your average rating and can trigger a nonsensical AI reply.
