Embedding Calendars with HTML Code

Every calendar you build in Vendi Today can be dropped onto an external website — one you didn't build in Vendi Today — using a small snippet of embed code. This is useful when your booking calendar needs to live on a WordPress site, Squarespace page, or any other platform outside the app.

Getting the embed code

1. Go to Calendars and open Calendar Settings.
2. Find the calendar you want to embed and click the three-dot menu next to it.
3. Select Share.
4. In the window that opens, switch to the Embed Code tab.
5. Click Copy to copy the generated HTML snippet.

Adding it to your site

Paste the copied code into a custom HTML or code block on your external website's page builder. Most website platforms have a "custom code" or "embed" element for exactly this purpose — check your site builder's documentation if you're not sure where to add it.

Once pasted and published, the calendar widget renders on that page, and visitors can pick a time and book directly without leaving your site.

Building pages inside Vendi Today instead

If you're building your website or funnel pages inside Vendi Today itself, you don't need the embed code at all — just drag the built-in Calendar element onto the page from the page builder. It connects to your calendar automatically and stays in sync with any settings changes, without needing to re-copy code.

Tips

• If you update the calendar's name, availability, or booking form later, you don't need to re-embed — the widget pulls live settings automatically.
• Test the embedded widget after publishing to confirm time zones and available slots display correctly for site visitors.
