Analyze Link Results in Click Performance

The Click Performance report shows how each link in a sent email performed. It only has data when Track Clicks was on before sending.

Open the report

  1. Go to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns.
  2. Click the three dots beside a sent campaign and choose Statistics.
  3. Click Load More Statistics.
  4. Select the Click Performance tab.

Summary metrics

  • Total Clicks: every click on every link, including repeat clicks by the same person.
  • Total Unique Clicks: how many different people clicked at least one link.
  • Unique Engagements: recipients who interacted with a link, counted once.
  • Clicks per Unique Open: the share of people who opened and then clicked. This is a strong sign that your content and calls to action work.

Links in this email

A table lists each link with its URL, its Source (text, button or image), Total Clicks and Total Unique Clicks. Click a link to see the contacts who clicked it.

How to use the results

  • Find out whether buttons beat text links.
  • Move high-value links higher in the email.
  • Remove links nobody clicks.
  • Compare click patterns between campaigns to see what resonates.

Data appears as soon as people start engaging, so check early and again after a day or two.

Good to know: Drafts and scheduled campaigns show nothing until delivered, so a blank report just before a send is normal.
